Summit National is operated by Summit National Holdings. By using summit-national.com, or by purchasing an eligible affiliated digital service supported through Summit National Holdings, you agree to the applicable terms below. If you do not agree, do not use the site or complete the transaction.

Part B — Affiliated digital-service terms

Eligibility and delivery

Access or service entitlements are delivered according to the terms shown by the relevant operating company at purchase. You are responsible for providing accurate account and payment information and for safeguarding access to your account.

User-provided content

If a service accepts information or content from you, you confirm that you have the right to provide it. You grant the relevant operating company the limited permission needed to process that material, deliver the requested service, operate securely, and address support matters.

Payments and entitlements

Prices, service scope, and any recurring terms must be shown before purchase by the relevant operating company. Eligible Grade Optic transactions processed for Summit National Holdings may appear on a customer’s payment statement as SNH - GO. Service entitlements have no independent cash value and may not be resold. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refunds & Cancellations policy and any more specific terms presented at purchase.

Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or terminated for fraud, abuse, security threats, unlawful conduct, or material violations of applicable terms. Legitimate billing or unused-service issues may be submitted for review through support.

Disclaimers and limitation

The website and affiliated services are provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Summit National and its operating companies do not promise uninterrupted operation or any particular outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the relevant company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or an affiliated service.

Solar consultations, equipment, financing, installation, warranties, and related energy services are governed by the separate agreements and disclosures presented by the applicable provider. This corporate website does not replace those project-specific terms.
