Summit National provides long-term ownership, strategic direction, governance, and shared administrative support. Its role is to establish a durable foundation while keeping ordinary business judgment close to each operating company.

Summit National currently holds two operating companies. Grade Optic maintains five active public software offerings. Summit National Energy operates in residential solar and storage, powered by the Axia dealer platform. Each company remains responsible for its day-to-day operations, customer relationships, and commercial commitments.
